In the States, the driver`s license is issued by every State or territory. Important: In California, the minor must be at least 14 years old and be under 18 to be able to apply for the learners driver license. The learner license must be used for 6 months, and the learner must course 50 hours of practice. The restriction includes not being able to drive if you are younger than 20 years old, not to drive between 11 pm and 5 am for a year until you get the license OR until you turn 18 years old. Ot is not allowed to use this permit without the supervision of a father, legal representative, or a person with a valid license who is 25 years old (or older).
